Robin Andrew Joldersma has extensive work experience, beginning in 1997 with a student contract at IBM Denmark as a Telemarketing Assistant. In 1999 they moved to Merkantildata DK as a Y2K Updater, followed by a Service Assistant role at Club Absalon in 2001. Also in 2001, they began a role as an IT Consultant/Team Leader at Atea A/S, where they worked independently to service SMB companies and resolve any issues they may experience. In 2010, they moved to Grøn IT as an IT Consultant, and in 2011 they became the Head of IT Service & Support at Torm, where they were responsible for on-site support and hardware lifecycle. From 2019-2021, they worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Zylinc, J2 Global, and Jungle Disk, before taking on their current role as a Sr. Technical Support Manager at CyberFortress in 2022.

Robin Andrew Joldersma's education history consists of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from ALO Groningen between 1993-1996 and a Datamatiker degree in IT from Roskilde Handelsskole between 1999-2001.
