Chris Ham

Chris Ham, MS, CPA, CISA, is an experienced professional in the fields of compliance and risk management. Currently a Manager at SSAE 16 Professionals since June 2014, Chris specializes in evaluating controls related to security, availability, confidentiality, and processing integrity associated with SSAE 16 Testing and SOX 404 compliance. In parallel, Chris has been a Project Manager and Lead Consultant for Aethlon Medical, Inc. since 2007, focusing on SOX 404 compliance across IT, Financial, and Governance areas. Previous roles include Senior Consultant positions at HD Supply and GenMark Diagnostics, along with project management for compliance efforts at the UC San Diego Foundation and North County Transit District. Chris holds a Master's degree in Corporate Accountancy from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC San Diego.
