Dor Medalsy

Dor Medalsy has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Dor is currently working as a Backend Tech Lead at Cyberint since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Deep Instinct from an unknown date in 2020 to May 2023, where they served as a Tech Lead and Cloud Architect. During their time at Deep Instinct, they were responsible for developing and designing advanced cyber endpoint prevention and protection solutions, transitioning from monolithic applications to server-less micro-services architecture, and conducting design analysis and evaluations.

Before Deep Instinct, Dor worked at StackPath as a Senior Software Engineer from an unknown date in 2019 until an unknown date in 2020. At StackPath, they focused on developing advanced Web Application Firewall (WAF) and cloud-security core features on the AWS cloud, as well as designing and developing DDoS protection systems.

Prior to StackPath, Dor worked at Elsight as a Senior Software Engineer from 2018 to 2019. During their time there, they developed solutions for video/data capturing, recording, and transmission, designed and developed infrastructures and SaaS systems on the AWS cloud, and implemented server-side core features.

From 2015 to 2018, Dor worked at KELA Group as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed advanced cyber intelligence software, designed and maintained AWS infrastructure and services, and developed various projects.

Before KELA Group, Dor worked at Cancelon as a Senior Software Developer from an unknown date in 2013 to an unknown date in 2015. Dor also worked at Artis Multimedia LTD as a Software Developer in 2010, and at IDF - Israel Defense Forces as a Software Development Team Lead from 2007 to 2010. Dor began their career as a Software Developer at Comverse Technology, Inc. in 2006.

Dor Medalsy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
