Michael Pedro has a diverse work experience. Michael started their career in 2003 as the Head of Systems Development at Barts and the London NHS Trust. Michael then moved on to Space Age Technologies in 2006, where they served as the Technical Services Director until 2015. In 2016, they joined Cyberlogic and held various roles, including General Manager and Head of Risk and Compliance. Currently, they are serving as the Client Success Team Retention Team Lead at Cyberlogic, a position they started in August 2021. Throughout their career, Michael Pedro has gained expertise in client success, staff management, risk and compliance, and system development.
Michael Pedro earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from London Metropolitan University between 2003 and 2005. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Digital Adoption Manager certification from Digital Adoption, a Change Management certification from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI), a Diploma in Innovation Management from IBMI, Basics of Innovation Management from IBMI, a Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist certification from Microsoft, and a Digital Transformation certification from IBMI.
