Charles Jacobus

Charles Jacobus has a long and varied work experience. Charles started their career in 1979 as a Project Engineer at Texas Instruments. In 1985, they joined ERIM as a PM and Business Development. In 1989, they became Chairman and CEO of Cybernet Systems Corporation, and later assumed the role of President. In 2005, they became a member of the Army Science Board. In 2009, they joined RTC as a member.

Charles Jacobus obtained their MBA from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business in 1982 and their PhD from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1979. In 2007, they obtained a Form Motor Certified Driver certification from the Ford Motor Company.
