Viginta Gaščiūnaite

Viginta Gaščiūnaite has had a diverse work experience in various roles related to people operations and human resources. Viginta is currently working as a People Operations Specialist at Cybernews since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at TransferGo as a People Operations Specialist from December 2021 to April 2023.

Before their roles in people operations, Viginta worked at WIKILED LTD. as a Human Resources Specialist from June 2017 to November 2021. Viginta'sresponsibilities included international human resource management, collaboration with managers and HR partners from different countries, recruiting, updating HR databases, assisting the payroll team, and providing support and advice in a multicultural environment.

Viginta started their career at Danske Bank Lithuania, initially as an Administrative Specialist from May 2013 to May 2016, and later as a Junior Project Manager from May 2016 to May 2017.

Viginta Gaščiūnaite obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the International School of Law and Business. Viginta completed their undergraduate studies from 2010 to 2013.
