Willie Roy

Willie Roy has a robust background in applications engineering with over 27 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Applications Engineer at Nordson TEST & INSPECTION since November 2022, Willie previously held a similar role at CyberOptics from July 2011, where responsibilities included European pre and post-sales support for automated optical inspection platforms. Prior experience includes positions as an Imaging Specialist at ETEK Europe Ltd, an AOI Applications Engineer at Agilent Technologies, and an Applications Engineer at MVT, where integration with Agilent occurred. Willie began a career as a Field Service Engineer at Process Control Technologies focusing on PCB handling equipment. Willie holds an HND in Business and Information Management from Falkirk College, along with foundational education from St Modans.
