Paul Noon

Paul Noon has a wealth of experience in the public and private sectors. Paul began their career in 1995 as a Third Secretary Management at the FCO in Bonn. In 1998, they moved to the FCO in London as a Personnel Officer. Paul then served as a Deputy Head of Mission at the British Embassy Kinshasa from 2005 to 2007 and as the Director of Trade and Investment Australia from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they became the Regional Director West Midlands and Director of Trade for Australia & New Zealand at UK Trade & Investment. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Pro-Vice-Chancellor Enterprise and Innovation at Coventry University, Executive Director at Coventry University Enterprises Ltd, and Director at CyberOwl.

Paul Noon obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in International Business from Coventry University from 2018 to 2020. Paul obtained their Bachelor of Business in Strategic Management; Physics & Computer Studies from the University of Southern Queensland/Open Polytechnic, New Zealand from 2002 to 2005. Paul also attended Whitby School from 1982 to 1989.
