Szymon Janowski

Szymon Janowski has worked in the software development field since 2009. Szymon began their career at Sygnity, then moved to ABB and j-labs software specialists, both as a Software Developer. In 2014, they joined Crossword Cybersecurity as a Lead Software Engineer and Software Developer, and also joined Lumesse as a Software Developer. In 2016, they joined CyberOwl as a Senior Software Architect and Lead Software Engineer, where they were responsible for building a scalable, research based, early-warning system that helps in detection of cyber attacks. Szymon was also involved in research understanding and technology transfer.

Szymon Janowski obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from AGH University of Science and Technology between 2006 and 2011. In 2012, they obtained an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer certification from Oracle. Additionally, they have a CAE - Cambridge English: Advanced certification from the British Council.
