Anita Smit

Anita Smit is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in solutions architecture and digital consulting, currently leading solutions architecture at CyberPro Consulting (Pty) Ltd since April 2023. Anita has a background in freelance speaking and enterprise architecture, notably providing digital architecture consulting for Hollard Group. Over the years, Anita has held significant positions at respected financial institutions, including Capitec Bank as Chief Technical Product Owner, and Nedbank as Senior Solution Architect and Risk Product Owner. Previous roles also include Information Technology Specialist at IBM and Senior Project Manager at Standard Bank Group, where notable achievements include the worldwide implementation of a card tap and go solution. Anita holds an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand and has enhanced expertise through various educational pursuits, including User Experience Design from the University of Cape Town.
