Martha Molatlhegi

Martha Molatlhegi has extensive experience in HR and operations management, with a focus on compliance and driving company BEE initiatives. Martha has successfully led a team of administrators in coordinating onboarding/offboarding processes for contractors. Martha has worked in various roles such as Human Resources Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Account Manager Assistant, Resourcing Officer, Recruitment Administrator, and Payroll Administrator. Martha gained foundational HR experience as an HR trainee at the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform. Martha is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Labour Relations Management at the University of South Africa.
