Cheryl Pack

Cheryl Pack is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer enablement, instructional design, and training management. Currently serving as the Customer Enablement Manager at Cyberscience Corporation since January 2022, Cheryl focuses on ensuring customer success through the provision of essential tools and resources. Previous roles include leading an international instructional design team at Cognizant and founding Impackful LLC, where Cheryl specialized in creating solutions for businesses. With a diverse background in training and consulting across various organizations, including TriZetto Corporation and Comverse, Cheryl has developed a strong expertise in performance improvement and technical training. Cheryl holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Ottawa University and a Diploma in Accounting from Denver Business College.
