Chuck Nam

Chuck Nam has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position as EVP/COO at CyberSecure IPS starting in July 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of EVP/CFO at the same company from February 2018 to July 2021.

Before joining CyberSecure IPS, Chuck Nam worked as a Principal at Fidelis Advisors, Inc. starting in July 2014. Prior to that, they served as a Board Member/General Partner at Trinity Capital Investment from January 2009 to June 2015.

Chuck Nam also has experience in founding and advising private equity activities. Chuck served as the Founding Principal/Board of Private Equity/Advisor at Marketplace One from August 2007 to June 2015. Additionally, they were a Board Member at American Water, LLC from January 2009 to May 2013, and at The Contrado Group from April 2009 to October 2012.

Furthermore, Chuck Nam has held board member positions at Aterra Lighting & Design, LLC from March 2008 to October 2012, at Maintenance Made Simple from November 2008 to September 2010, at MPOne Charities from September 2007 to December 2009, and at Envisionier medical technologies, Inc. from February 2007 to August 2007.

Chuck Nam attended the University of Maryland from 1985 to 1989 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
