Silvia Domingues

Silvia Domingues has a strong work history spanning multiple companies and roles. Silvia recently joined Cybersel Group in 2023 as a Sales Development Representative. Prior to that, they worked at Hoist Group for an extensive period, starting in 2007. During their time at Hoist Group, they held various roles, including Process Management Coordinator, Quality Assurance Tester, Customer Support Team Lead, and Customer Support Agent. In these roles, Silvia demonstrated their abilities to coordinate processes, ensure security standards, lead teams, provide training, and deliver high-quality customer support. Before joining Hoist Group, they worked at Lufthansa as a Passenger Service Agent.

Silvia Domingues began their education by attending Ursulinen-Gymnasium Cologne in Germany from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained their High School diploma. Silvia then continued their studies at Humboldt-Gymnasium Cologne in Germany from 1995 to 2000, earning another High School diploma. Following this, they enrolled at University of Cologne from 2000 to 2002, focusing on Romance Studies and specializing in Romance Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. Finally, they pursued a Translator and Interpreter Degree from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa in Portugal from 2002 to 2006.
