Kirstie Lotz-Essex is an experienced professional in service delivery and technical support, currently serving as a Service Delivery Coordinator at Cybersmart since April 2021. Prior to this role, Kirstie spent several years at Technolutions PTY LTD, where responsibilities included Technical Support & Client Coordination Manager and Technical Support Specialist and Logistics. Earlier experience includes working as a Sales Consultant at DirectAxis, focusing on policy sales to existing clients. Kirstie holds a National Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the College of Cape Town, completed between 2015 and 2018, and graduated from South Peninsula High School in 2011.
