Kaviya Venkatesan

Kaviya Venkatesan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kaviya started their career in 2019 as a Sales Engineer at Vijay Raja Group, where they handled both inside and outside sales responsibilities. Kaviya'stasks included making calls to customers, explaining products, scheduling meetings, and conducting product demos. Kaviya then transitioned to a role as an Inside Sales Manager at Simplilearn, where they made outbound calls to promote and explain the company's products and courses. Additionally, they managed customer relationships in Salesforce and handled post-sale follow-up documentations. In 2020, Kaviya joined Sutherland as a Customer Associate. In this role, they resolved customer queries and issues through chat support, managed customer data in CRM, and utilized Citrix to handle customer information. Kaviya'sstrong analytical and problem-solving skills allowed their to quickly and effectively resolve customer concerns. Later, they joined Guardian Life as a Rating Analyst in 2021. Here, they were responsible for rating and quoting insurance coverages, preparing business proposals, and serving as the point of contact for quotations and new business proposal presentations. Currently, Kaviya is a Salesforce Developer Trainee at CyberSolve, where they are gaining practical experience in Salesforce development.

Kaviya Venkatesan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering from Jeppiaar SRR Engineering College between 2015 and 2019. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications in Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Associate, and Salesforce Development from Besant Technologies and Salesforce in May 2023.
