Sergey Velts is a highly experienced professional in the field of technology and finance. Currently serving as a CTO Advisor at Yainvest, Sergey specializes in building scalable technology for behavior finance. As the Founder and CTO of Cybertonica Ltd, Sergey has helped payment service providers and merchants prevent payment fraud and increase online sales conversion. Previously, Sergey held positions at Sberbank and Diahelp, where Sergey worked on data lifecycle management and telemedical systems for diabetes management, respectively. With a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Information Security from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Sergey also has a background in system analysis and software development.
