Jeff Cassidy

Jeff Cassidy, CISSP, currently serves as the Director of the Security Operations Center (SOC) at CyberTrust Massachusetts, a non-profit focused on enhancing cyber workforce diversity and educational opportunities. Prior to this role, Jeff Cassidy was the Director of Global Cyber Security Operations at The TJX Companies, where significant advancements were made in incident preparedness and response capabilities. Previous experience includes managerial positions in cyber security at BJ's Wholesale Club, senior security specialization at Bose Corporation, and consulting roles at Wolf & Company, QinetiQ, and Netigy Corporation. Jeff Cassidy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Management Information Systems and Management from Northeastern University.
