Michael Krato

Michael Krato has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and personal development. Michael most recently served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at CYBEX and previously held the role of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they worked for emka-Personalberatung as the Geschäftsführender Inhaber. Michael also worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Brose Group and held a leadership position as Leiter Personalentwicklung und Personalcontrolling at BAUR-Gruppe.

Michael Krato has a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Coburg, where they achieved a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) qualification.
