Laura Eggeling

Laura Eggeling has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2008. Laura began their career as an Apprentice as a Human Resource Service Assistant at RAMIN Event GmbH in 2008. Laura then moved on to become a Consultant at ADMED GmbH in 2013, followed by a Management Trainee at Städt. Kliniken Neuss Lukaskrankenhaus in 2014. In 2015, they became a Human Resources Associate - EMEA at Sirtex Medical Limited and in 2017 they were a Human Resources and Relocation Specialist at Parakar Europe. From 2019 to 2021, they held three different roles in Human Resources, including HR Manager at grandcentrix GmbH, HR Manager - Germany at The Office Group, and Senior Human Resources Manager at Next Big Thing AG. Currently, they are the Head of HR at Cybus.

Laura Eggeling began their educational journey in 2004 at Bielefeld University, where they earned a Bachelor degree in Linguistics and German. Laura then went on to complete a Certified Human Resource Service Assistant program at the Otto-Benneman-Schule Braunschweig in Germany from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they attended Griffith University and obtained a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General in 2011 to 2013. In 2014 to 2017, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Business/Commerce and Human Resource Management at the Hochschule Ruhr West University of Applied Sciences. Most recently, they are currently enrolled in a Systemisches Coaching und Veränderungsmanagement program at INeKO - Institut a. d. Universität zu Köln für die Entwicklung personaler und interpers. Kompetenzen, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
