Mofazzal Hossain

Mofazzal Hossain has extensive work experience in the field of software quality assurance and testing. Mofazzal is currently working at Cybus as a QA Lead since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Gorillas as a Staff Quality Assurance Engineer from May 2022 to August 2022.

Before joining Gorillas, Mofazzal worked at FactoryPal as a Senior Software Engineer Test from November 2020 to April 2022. In this role, they designed the E2E automation architecture for web and mobile applications using various tools such as Cypress, Appium, Node.js, and Cucumber.

From April 2018 to October 2020, Mofazzal worked at HRS Innovation Hub | HRS Group as a Test Automation Engineer. Mofazzal defined quality processes and standards for scrum teams and successfully designed and developed an E2E UI Automation Architecture with reporting to Jira plugin using Testcafe and Node.js.

Prior to that, Mofazzal worked at Fyber as a Senior SQA Engineer - Mobile from July 2016 to March 2018, where they mentored team members and provided guidance to junior QA staff to ensure product quality. Mofazzal also worked as an SQA Engineer - Mobile at Fyber from October 2015 to June 2016, focusing on quality control for an Ad SDK used by app and game developers on platforms like iOS and Android.

From November 2013 to September 2015, Mofazzal worked at Widespace AB as a Senior SQA Engineer, ensuring the quality of a framework used by app developers on platforms like iOS, Android, and Windows Phone.

Mofazzal started their career at Enosis Solutions as a Senior Software QA Engineer from July 2013 to October 2013. Mofazzal also worked there as a Software QA Engineer from September 2011 to June 2013, testing different types of software based on various technologies like WPF, WCF, MFC, jQueryMX, and WCF.

Before joining Enosis Solutions, Mofazzal worked at Placovu Solutions as a Software Engineer from February 2011 to September 2011, where they designed and developed web-based applications using J2EE, Groovy on Grails, Codeigniter, YII, and JavascriptMVC framework.

Mofazzal's career started at Dynamic Solution Innovators (DSi) as a Software Developer from September 2008 to January 2011. There, they designed and developed web-based applications using technologies like J2EE, Codeigniter, PRADO, and Spring & SEAM frameworks.

Mofazzal Hossain completed their high school education at Saint Gregory's High School from 1994 to 2002. Mofazzal then pursued a Higher Secondary School Certificate in Science from Ideal College Dhanmondi from 2002 to 2004. Mofazzal furthered their education by obtaining a BSc degree in Computer Science & Engineering from American International University-Bangladesh, completing the program from 2005 to 2009.
