Neeraj Chitra

Neeraj Chitra began their career in 2000 as a Technical Lead at SysArc Infomatix Pvt. Ltd. In 2003, they joined Salem Associates as a Senior Technical Lead. In 2005, they were hired as a Technical Consultant at the Iowa Department of Human Services, where they worked directly with the CIO for the State of Iowa. In 2010, Neeraj became the Manager of Software Development at D3 Oncology Solutions, an affiliate of UPMC. In 2012, they founded and became the CEO of CyByte Inc., a full-stack data and digital practice. In 2020, Neeraj founded and became the CEO of OnCare360, Inc., a company focused on the information disconnect between monthly and yearly point-of-care patient visits.

Neeraj Chitra's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras, which they obtained between 1995 and 1999. Neeraj then attended Iowa State University, where they earned an MBA in Finance and an MS in Information Systems between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, Neeraj attended Kendriya Vidyalaya, though no degree was obtained. Neeraj also holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
