Dominique de Kwant has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with experience ranging from sales to people and culture management. Starting as an employee at Restaurant D'Vijff Vliegen, Dominique worked their way up through various roles such as Duty Manager at the College Hotel, Meeting & Events coordinator at Hampshire Hospitality, and Director of Sales at Moxy Amsterdam Houthavens. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Cycas Hospitality, Dominique oversees all aspects related to People & Culture within the company. Their education includes a degree in Hotel Management from Hotelschool The Hague and ROC van Amsterdam.
