With a background in HR and training management in the hospitality industry, Nynke has a proven track record of successfully leading and implementing HR strategies for various hotels and regions. Nynke's expertise lies in employee engagement, change management, HR technology implementation, and hospitality training. With a Bachelor's degree in Hotel management and additional certifications in DISC and Strategic Human Resources Management, Nynke brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current role.
