Victoria Shaw is currently the Director of Talent & Culture at Cycas Hospitality, where Victoria also serves as an Engagement Culture Coach. Prior to this, Victoria worked as a Postwoman at Royal Mail and as a Group P&D Manager at The De Vere Academy of Hospitality. With a background in HR, Victoria also held positions as an HR Officer at Greens Health and Fitness and as an HR Manager at Village Hotels. Victoria holds a CIPD Qualification from Wigan & leigh College and St Helens College.
