Alice Clarkson

Alice Clarkson is Head of Legal (Global) overseeing Cycle’s commercial legal function. Ms Clarkson joined Cycle in 2018 as Legal Counsel, supporting the General Counsel in all legal matters, before taking on more responsibility in 2020, and leadership of the commercial legal function in 2021.

Prior to joining Cycle, Ms Clarkson was in-house Legal Counsel at the semiconductor and software design company, Arm Limited, holding various positions on senior leadership teams. She holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the Queen’s University of Belfast, a PGDip in Legal Practice from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice, an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University and a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership Practice from the Chartered Management Institute.
