Milagros Molina Lopez has extensive work experience in the legal field. Milagros is currently serving as the Global Head of Legal, Compliance, and ESG at PLANASA since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal for 15 years, starting in January 2005 as a Sr. Manager in the Corporate and Contracting Law Department. Their expertise includes advising national and international clients in corporate, commercial, and civil law matters. Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal, they worked as a Lawyer at Iuris Justitia Creditor for the duration of six months in 2004.
Milagros Molina Lopez completed their education with a degree in law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2003, specializing in European Law. Additionally, they took a course in Law of International Affairs at Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2004, focusing on topics such as International Contracting, Competition Law, Arbitration, Credit Instruments, and IPR. In 2010, they pursued an EMBA-Executive Master in Business Administration at Esade.
