Erika Dressler is an accomplished operations and management professional with extensive experience in the fitness and service sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Guardian Service Industries, Inc. since October 2022, Erika also holds the position of General Manager at CycleBar since October 2021. Prior roles include Member Services Manager at Life Time Athletic from November 2014 to October 2021, where Erika successfully led the rebuilding of a member services team, and Regional Run Coordinator at Life Time Fitness from April 2013 to November 2014, where Erika revitalized the run community. Erika began a career in administration as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Engineering at Verizon Wireless from October 2000 to October 2003, managing various responsibilities related to purchase orders and vendor correspondence.
