Ian Westlake

Ian Westlake has extensive experience in service delivery and technical operations within the IT sector. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at Cyclone Computer Company Limited since February 2023, Ian previously held the position of ANZ Technical and Support Operations Manager at Dynabook ANZ from March 2020 to February 2023. Prior to that, Ian was the ANZ Service and Support Operations Manager at Toshiba Client Solutions ANZ and worked in various roles at Toshiba Australia, including Service and Operations Manager and NZ Technical & Business Development Manager, from April 1997 to March 2020. Ian's earlier experience includes positions as Computer Facilities Manager at Telecom NZ and IT Systems Manager at Montana Wines. Additionally, Ian worked at IBM New Zealand from 1985 to 1994 as a Hardware Engineer and Services and Project Engineer, specializing in large systems and IT project management.
