Irfan Ali is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong background in technical support and customer advocacy. Currently at CyCognito since June 2022, Irfan previously held the position of Technical Customer Success Manager at SafeBreach, where responsibilities included on-boarding and product implementation, as well as driving product adoption and customer retention. Irfan also held roles in customer success at Nyotron and as Escalations Manager at Bromium, along with extensive technical support experience at Symantec, where positions ranged from Sr. Principal Technical Support Engineer to Sr. Tech Support Engineer for Endpoint Virtualization.
