Laura Shalmaev

Laura Shalmaev is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in offensive security research, product development, and legislative analysis. Currently serving as an Offensive Security Researcher at CyCognito since November 2022, Laura previously held positions such as Product Development Manager at Start-Up Nation Central and Global Fellow at the Milken Innovation Center. Laura's experience includes advisory roles at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, data analysis at Migdal Group, and partnerships management at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel. With a Master of Science in Data and Information Systems Management from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Esade, Laura also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
