Phillip is a senior leader in technology and a creative engineer with over 25 years experience delivering software, platforms, infrastructure, networking, security and SRE solutions for some of the biggest names in technology.

Passionate about unlocking velocity and developing high performing engineers, his forte is finding the sweet spot between people, process and technology, and employee empowerment and championing diversity and inclusion in the engineering community.

Phillip successfully contributed 14 years to Google, and is now a Distinguished Engineer and GM of Engineering at Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
