Alfonso López Lira Arjona, PhD, currently serves as a Sustainability Leader at CYDSA, overseeing the company's sustainability model and practices. With extensive experience in academia, Alfonso has been a Graduate Professor and Researcher at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León since January 2014, focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship, and has published over 45 studies on SMEs' business sustainability. Previous roles include leading consultant for CAESA GROUP and several strategic positions at FEMSA, where responsibilities included strategic planning and project management. Alfonso co-founded the ALFRA Management Institute and has taught MBA courses at multiple universities.
