Hans Edgar Fritz Cea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate planning and risk management. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Planning at CYDSA since October 2020, Hans has successfully led process improvements and sustainability initiatives, contributing to the company’s strategic priorities. As a Board Member at Grupo RG, collaboration with the Audit Committee has enhanced reporting processes. Previously, Hans held various leadership roles at CEMEX from 2001 to 2020, including Chief of Staff and Director of Enterprise Risk Management, where strategic intelligence and risk management strategies were developed and implemented. Hans holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Management Science from Stanford University.
