Jesse James Jalleh

Jesse James Jalleh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aviation and service sectors, currently serving as the Senior Director of Member Services Enablement at Star Alliance since October 2021, spearheading a newly formed business unit and driving global team alignment to enhance customer experience. Previously, Jesse held the position of Director of Travel Experience at Star Alliance, contributing to strategic initiatives for the world's largest airline alliance. Much of Jesse's prior experience includes eight years at Changi Airports International, where responsibilities spanned consultancy and operations management across various international airports, and roles at Fukuoka International Airport as Deputy Chief Operations Officer. Jesse's early career includes multiple managerial positions at Singapore Airlines, where significant cost-saving initiatives and improvements in customer satisfaction were achieved. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University and has participated in executive education focused on AI for business strategy.
