Eric Dowsland

Eric Dowsland is a risk-oriented cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in building cybersecurity programs. Currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at CyFlare, Eric focuses on enhancing customer relationships and reducing churn. Previously, Eric held positions such as Global Director of Managed Security Services at CipherTechs, Inc. and Senior Manager of the Enterprise Security Fusion Center at Paychex. Additionally, Eric contributed to the Cyber Security Advisory Board at St. John Fisher University, supporting the alignment of academic programs with industry demands. Eric holds a B.S. in Applied Information Technology with an Economics concentration from Saint John Fisher College and completed a cybersecurity program at Harvard Kennedy School.
