Pernilla Benerfalk

Pernilla Benerfalk currently serves as the Director of Managed Services at Telia Cygate, where responsibilities include overseeing operations related to Network, CyberSecurity, Service Desk, and Cloud services since January 2021. Previously, Pernilla held several leadership roles at Fujitsu Sweden from August 2018 to January 2021, including Head of Service Integration & Delivery and Head of Live Services, focusing on Outsourcing Delivery and various support services across Northern Western Europe. At CGI from July 2011 to April 2018, Pernilla was Vice President, managing infrastructure processes in the Nordics, and held the position of Director with similar responsibilities. Early career experience includes roles at Logica from January 2004 to June 2011, culminating in a position as Senior Manager for Project and Incident Management. Pernilla holds an educational background from Mid Sweden University.
