David Rowan

David Rowan is an early-stage investor in more than 80 tech companies, runs a health-tech and a climate-tech fund, and advises VC funds including Lakestar and Outsized Ventures. He was founding Editor-in-chief of WIRED’s UK edition (2008-17), spent 10 years as an editor at The Guardian and trained as a journalist at The Times, and has been a technology columnist for The Times, GQ, Condé Nast Traveller and The Sunday Times. He's author of “Non-Bullshit Innovation” (Penguin, 2019), a 20-country quest for bold corporate innovation in the face of technology-led disruption. He's given more than 600 keynotes and often moderates conferences. David also runs a not-for-profit project called VOYAGERS.io that builds peer support among people working on impact-led projects, particularly in climate-tech and health-tech.
