Maria Spyridis

Maria Spyridis is the Director of the People & Organizational Effectiveness team, in the Human Resources Department of the Hellenic Bank, where she is responsible for the design and management of Remuneration and Incentive Plans, Talent, Performance and Feedback Systems, as well as Feedback Organizers. . Maria has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources for over 15 years. Prior to joining Hellenic Bank, she worked in the Human Resources Advisory Group of Deloitte, as Senior Manager and previously in EY in the Human Resources Department. Maria was one of the first professionals in the field of Management and Human Resources Development in Cyprus who was certified for providing consulting services with the quality standard "Investors in People". Maria is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He holds an MSc in Management and Human Resources Management from the University of London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a BSc in Operations Management from the University of Lancaster.
