Saquib Shaikh

Saquib Shaikh is a Manufacturing Engineer at Cyient since July 2025, bringing extensive experience from Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, where Saquib served as an Assistant Manager from April 2021 to July 2025. In this role, Saquib was involved in the ScorpioN Greenfield project launch, manufacturing process planning, time study, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), quality management, Kaizen implementation, work content estimation and balancing, production planning, and cost optimization. Saquib began the professional journey as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee after obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completing the degree in 2020.
