Sunil Kumar Makkena

Sunil Kumar Makkena is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. At Cyient since October 2017, Sunil holds the position of Senior Advisor in Operations, having previously served as SVP and Service Line Head for Network Design Services and Head of Operations Office. Sunil's leadership is marked by a strong focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and associate engagement, having driven sales and delivery for the APAC region in the Utilities and Geospatial Business Unit. Prior experience includes significant roles at Infotech Enterprises Limited, where Sunil managed large Centers of Excellence, led post-merger integrations, and built teams focused on technical publication and digital conversion services. Sunil began his career as an engineer and holds an Executive Management Education Programme degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from GITAM Deemed University.
