Dr. Lennard Hermann

Dr. Lennard Hermann is currently the Head of Innovation & Technology Management at Wieland Group, where they lead a diverse team in developing strategic innovation initiatives across R&D. They have previously held roles such as Technical Project Lead & Scientist at the Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering at RWTH Aachen University, and served as a visiting researcher at Seoul National University. Dr. Hermann holds a Dr.-Ing. in Production Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, where they also earned their Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Production Engineering, respectively. Additionally, they are involved with cylib as Senior Manager of Operations Strategy & Controlling.
