Gilbert Coria

Gilbert Coria is an experienced engineering and quality management professional with a strong background in manufacturing and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Head of Quality and Operational Excellence at Cymer since May 2023, Gilbert manages teams to enhance empowerment and continuous improvement across the organization. Previously, Gilbert held the position of Associate Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Cutera, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing the transfer of high-revenue products to a Contract Manufacturer in Mexico. With over 14 years at Illumina, Gilbert advanced through various roles, culminating as Senior Configuration Manager, optimizing configuration management processes. Earlier career highlights include significant contributions at Cymer, Inc., and Rolls-Royce, as well as foundational roles in quality engineering and manufacturing. Gilbert possesses a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and completed coursework for a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering at San Diego State University.
