James Soltau

James Soltau is an experienced hardware engineer with a focus on integrating Air Force Technical Change Orders into C5 flight simulators across multiple locations. Currently employed at CymSTAR, LLC since January 2018, James has previously worked with FlightSafety Services Corporation and Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, holding similar responsibilities for various flight simulators. James's career began as a production engineer at Honeywell and progressed through roles at EF Johnson and Aviat Networks, where significant contributions included designing and supporting automated test stations for microwave radio assemblies. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and completed education at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and Viroqua High School.
