Jeffrey Burns

Jeffrey Burns is an experienced logistician currently employed at CymSTAR, LLC since April 2022. With a distinguished military career in the United States Air Force spanning from May 1994 to September 2021, Jeffrey held multiple leadership positions, including Aircraft Maintenance Manager for the RC-135 and En Route Maintenance Superintendent for C-5 and C-17 aircraft, overseeing large teams of maintenance personnel in high-stakes environments. In roles such as Aircraft Maintenance Unit Superintendent for MC-130J and E-3 AWACS Lead Production Superintendent, Jeffrey managed significant resources and oversaw maintenance operations on aircraft valued at billions. Additional experience includes leading quality assurance programs and managing communication navigation systems across various aircraft. Jeffrey holds degrees in Aeronautical Science Technology and Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has earned a Professional Managers Certification from the Community College of the Air Force.
