Pat Rupe

Pat Rupe is an experienced professional currently serving as an Event Controller Subject Matter Expert for Distributed Mission Operations at CymSTAR, LLC, and as an MQ-9 Reaper Pilot with the Iowa Air National Guard, both positions held since October 2020. Prior experience includes a tenure with the US Navy from August 2009 to October 2020, where roles included Precision Weapons Officer in Special Warfare, F/A-18 Weapon Systems Officer, and Student Naval Flight Officer. Pat began a career in education as a Special Education Teacher at Ottumwa High School from August 2008 to August 2009. Educational qualifications include a degree in Bachelor of Arts in History Teacher Education from the University of Northern Iowa (2003-2008) and completion of JPME-1 at the USAF Air Command and Staff College (2022-2023).
