Julieanne Irby

Julieanne Irby is a seasoned professional in account management and customer success, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Enterprise Accounts & Partnerships at Cyncly since August 2025. In this role, Julieanne focuses on fostering strong relationships with major manufacturers and distributors in the flooring industry to ensure impactful program outcomes and mutual growth. Previously, Julieanne held various leadership positions at Broadlume, including Sr. Director of Customer Success and Director of Account Management, and gained early experience in sales and digital marketing at FloorForce LLC. Julieanne also contributed to the marketing efforts at VF Jeanswear. Julieanne earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from East Carolina University.
