NEEDS ASSESSMENT & STRATEGIC PLANNING: Whether you have a strategic plan or need to create one, this activity identifies your areas of need and to achieve your goals in 2018 and beyond. Organizations that are serious about measuring their progress and evaluating their outcomes typically engage in this assessment process. Through carefully crafted questions, this activity identifies survey participant’s areas of interest in making additional financial gifts and volunteering their time. The results from this activity play a key role in the strategic planning process.

T3: HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT MODEL ©: Our unique model combines the experience of an executive director, development director, communications professional and events coordinator into a systematic process. This relationship-based model provides organizations with the training and support necessary to expand their resources of TIME, TREASURE and TALENT of staff, board, donors, volunteers and other stakeholders.
