Soonhac Hong, PhD, is a highly experienced robotics professional with a focus on autonomous navigation, localization, and mapping systems. Currently serving as the Technical Lead Manager at Cyngn, Soonhac specializes in calibration, localization, and mapping since June 2025. Previous roles include Staff Robotics Engineer and Director of Autonomy at B GARAGE, where expertise in aerial robot navigation was developed.
