Paul Portman-Barnard

Paul Portman-Barnard is currently the Quality Assurance and Improvement Lead at Cyngor Sir CEREDIGION County Council, where Paul also holds the title of Team Manager and Senior Social Work Practitioner for Adult Safeguarding. Prior to their current role, Paul served as a Service Manager at Pembrokeshire County Council and as a Team Manager and Mental Health Social Worker at Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council. Paul holds a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Glamorgan, as well as a degree in Social Work from Uwic. Additionally, Paul obtained a Prince2 certification in Project Management from the University of Glamorgan.
